He is survived by his wife, Wicky Bolin; children, Jacob, Aleana, Josiah, Anya and Jeremiah Sorensen; brothers, Ryan and Joshua Sorensen; mother, Belinda Harville; father, Jeff Sorensen. Special recongition to Jacob's mother, Amanda Hall.
Visitation for Jeremy will be Sunday, September 14, 2014, from 10am-1pm with services beginning at 1pm.
