Jeremy Thomas Ford, 32, passed away on September 30, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Gawthrop and Bill Green and grandmother, Betty Houk.
Jeremy is survived by his children, Damon Ford, Delaney Ford and Jordan Ford; father, Greg (Dorothy) Ford; mother Rachel Ford; sisters, Sarah Ford, Tiffany Severs and Jasmine Via and several nieces, a nephew and cousins.
A memorial gathering for Jeremy will be Friday, October 14, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 2pm-4pm.
