Jeremy William Cook, 31 , of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 5, 1985 to the late Jerry and Pamela Cook.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jeremy is survived by his brothers, Jericho (Jennifer Cecil) Cook, Jerry Cook, and Donald Edwards; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn his passing.
A celebration of Jeremy's life will be held 11am Monday, August 21, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 2pm - 8pm also at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
