He was born on May 3, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky to Russell Mudd and Barbara Vinson. Jeffrey enjoyed collecting knives, drawing and working on cars.
His grandparents, Walter and Lorian Mudd and Jack and Carrie Vinson have preceded him in death.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 2 1/2 years, Melissa Reasor Mudd, parents, Russell Hayden (Brenda) Mudd, and Barbara Ann Vinson, his brother, Jason Mudd, children, Breonna (Brian) Mudd, Mykayla (Darien) Biggs, Tara (David) Fulner, step children, Richard (Star) Judge, Courtney Judge, and Bethany Goley, grandchildren, Nolin Biggs, Natalie Biggs, Jaxon Fulner, Saphira Mosley, and Christopher Judge, along with numerous other family and friends that will miss him dearly.
