Jeffrey Alan Diaz, 52, of Louisville passed away Tuesday evening, August 18th.
He is survived by his daughter, Autumn Owlett; His mother, Phyllis Diaz, of Louisville; His father and step-mother, Don and Nancy Diaz, of Clarksville, Indiana; sister, Anna Foster; niece, Rachel Foster; brother, Michael Diaz; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and very close friends.
Visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home in Middletown (235 Juneau dr.) Saturday, August 22, from 2 to 6pm with a Memorial Service immediately following at 6 pm. You may leave a message for the family by clicking the "Share Memories" tab above.
