Jeanette Darlene (Bindner) Drury, 85, of Otisco, Indiana, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021. She was a longtime member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Charlestown.
She was born on May 11, 1936 in Louisville, Kentucky to John, Jr. and Lillie (Cave) Bindner. Jean was also preceded in death by her husband, Adam Drury; and siblings, John Bindner III and Etta "Pinky" Sayles.
Jean is survived by her children, Mary "Lisa" Evans (Jack), Harold Drury (Diane), Michael Drury, Kina McKinney (Darin); siblings, Allen, Doug, Dean, David, Joe Bindner, Lillian Kramer, Mary Roggenkamp, Marilyn Henry, Carolyn Nicholas, Linda Hare, Theresa Bindner; 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Cremation was chosen following Jean's wishes and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at St. Michaels' Catholic Church (101 St. Michael's Drive, Charlestown, IN 47111). Jean will be laid to rest privately at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Charletown.
