Jean Carolyn "Honey" Hayes, 66, passed way on May 14, 2016. She was loving, caring and passionate with her family, friends, and never met a stranger; just a friend to everyone.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Hayes; father, Charles Ford and brothers, Robert Ford and Larry Ford.

Jean is survived by her children, John Hayes, Sandra Hayes, Penny Hayes and Victoria Hayes; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; mother, Ella Ford; sisters, Lynda Ford-Hinkle, Eva Ford-Burton, Betty Ann Ford Neal and Mae Ford, a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and a loving friend to the end, John Weaver.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 19, 2016, from 11am-1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW (10304 Dixie Highway) with a celebration of Jean's life beginning at 1pm.

Burial will follow at Louisville Cemetery, 1339 Poplar Level Road.
