Jayne Wheatley, 91, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2020. She was born on August 2, 1929 in Paducah, Kentucky to the late William Scroggins and Mildred Milburn. Jayne was an optician and owned Economy Optical for many years before she went on to retire from Korrect Optical. She never met a stranger and was loved by so many.
In addition to her parents, Jayne is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Doane.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Gary (Vickie) Wheatley and Diane (Kenny) Kingsbury; grandchildren, Bobby Wheatley, Leslie Wheatley and Brian Kingsbury; great-grandchildren, Allison, Ellie, Gage and Andrew; and a great-great-granddaughter, Rhiannon.
