Jason Lynn Maggard

Jason Lynn Maggard, 43, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020. Jason was the starting Running Back at Fairfax High School. He then got a full scholarship for the Business Pamplin School at Virginia Tech University. From the time he was 4 years old he loved soccer, fishing, offshore fishing, and had numerous fishing trophies. He was an avid Horse Racing fan. He was a very charismatic person and loved by his family and friends. Jason was always the helping hand to anyone in need, and will be missed by all who loved him. He was born on October 19, 1976 in Fairfax, Virginia. Jason is preceded in death by his Friend, Michael Strauley.

Jason is survived by his Mother, Debbie Maggard, Sister, Missy Maggard, Son, Jake Maggard, Daughter, Lucy Maggard, Son, Gus Maggard, Grandmother, Carole Shomette, Nephew, Fernando "Nando" Maggard, Nieces, Jolina "Yo-Yo" Maggard, and Alison "Baby Shine" Maggard, Aunts, Shannon McCoy, Susie "Do Do" Shomette, Uncles, Big Dan Shomette, Donny Shomette, Billy Shomette, and David Shomette. Jason also leaves behind to cherish his memory Friends, Russ Brown, Chris Collins, Nathan Daniels, Matt, Brendon McCourtney, and a host of others.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a Later Date.
