Jason Layne Chism, 25, of Hudson, Kentucky passed away on January 13, 2015.

Jason was born on July 19, 1989 in Louisville, Kentucky to Jennifer (Chism) Fromme. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Fromme, grandfather, Dave Fromme Sr.

Jason is survived by his parents, Jennifer and David Fromme, sons, Aidan and Logan Chism, grandparents; Denise (Daniel) Anderson, Brenda (Calvin) Carman, and Ronald (Betty) Chism and great-grandparents, Russell and Frances Chism.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, January 16, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Highway), with services to follow at 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
