Jason Michael Hodges

Jason Michael Hodges, age 45 of Louisville, KY passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020. Jason was born February 28, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois and had many memories of his childhood there. Jason was a painter by trade until he was disabled in August 2014. He was a devoted Chicago Bulls and University of Kentucky basketball fan. He usually could be found wearing one of his many Bulls or UofK baseball caps or hoodies. He enjoyed playing video games and reading. He was preceded in death by his step-brother, Eric Burlet; niece Jade Burlet and uncle, Tommy Hodges.

Jason is survived by his wife of 20 years, Melissa Hodges; daughter, Samantha; mother, Celeste Vanskike;
father, Michael Hodges; and uncle, Robbie Hodges.

There will be no visitation or service. Jason will be cremated and his ashes will be spread in the
mountains he so loved of Gatlinburg, Tennessee where he spent vacationing with his wife and daughter.

or the Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center located at the University of Kentucky College of
Medicine.
