Jasmine Nicole Weaver, 19, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020. Jasmine loved her daughter dearly, and being a mommy was her greatest joy.
She was born on August 18, 2001, in Louisville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her father, Christopher Weaver; and grandfather, Mark Holt.
Jasmine is survived by her daughter, Kenzie Smith; mother, Nicolette Cursh; brother, Bryan Weaver; sisters, Adrianna Cursh and Amber (Hunter) Baird; grandparents, Karen and Jeff Elsler and Jerry and Linda Weaver; great-grandfather, Jimmie Dotson; aunts, Angel (Jamale) Stampley and Melissa (Shanin) Albright.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the funeral service will be private and, for the safety of our community, masks will be required to attend.
