Janice Carol (Heinz) Leber, 79, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021. She was all things "glitter and glam." Janice loved going to casinos, shopping, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
She was born on April 13, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Chris and Margaret (Reahr) Heinz. In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her sister, Jackie.
Janice is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Michael Leber; children, Doug Todd (Debbie), Jim Todd, Venessa Green (Terry), and Michael Leber (Brandi); siblings, Barbara, Norma, Ron, Pam, and Tom; seven grandchildren; and best friends, Donna Poe and Robbie Reed.
Cremation was chosen following Janice's wishes, and a reception of family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
