Janet Sue (Schaefer) Redden

Janet Sue (Schaefer) Redden, 74, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021. She cared for her family deeply and was an animal lover.

She was born on December 10, 1946 in New Albany, Indiana, to Herman and Katherine (Grube) Schaefer. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Darrel Redden. She is survived by her children, Tracy Lustig (Andrew), Mark Redden; granddaughters, Alisha (Brad) and Briana; and life-long friends, Darlene and Bob Kaufer, and family.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Janet will be laid to rest privately at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
