Janet Marie (Misco) Barbera, 89, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in New Albany, Indiana.
Janet was born on October 12, 1925 in Beckley, West Virginia to Anthony and Anna(Roncone) Misco. She was a member at St. Francis De sales Catholic Church in Beckley, West Virginia. Janet enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
Along with her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew C. Barbera. She is survived by her children; Sandra Jo Pendry (Joseph Brian), Joseph Andrew Barbera (Jacky), Patrick Michael Barbera (Becky), brother, Pat Misco, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
A private visitation will be from 9:00AM to 10:45AM on Monday, August 24, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with funeral mass to follow at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church( 1752 Scheller Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
