Janet Marie Jones

Janet Marie Jones, born in Louisville Kentucky on May 10th, 1954 to Andrew and Ermajean Hoffmann, passed peacefully from this life on October 26th, 2025 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 52 years, Ed Jones, her loving daughters, Ashley Conder (Josh), and Laura Jones. Her pride and joy, granddaughter Leighton Conder. And her lifelong best friend, sister Andrea Teague (Jeff).

Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Nana, J.J. Above all else in life, she loved her family. Her love was warm and unwavering, her laugh; infectious. She will be eternally missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in hopes of finding a cure. A special thank you to Hosparus Health of Louisville for their extraordinary care during this most difficult time.
