Hester, Janet Heacock, 69, died peacefully on May 21, 2016.
She was the loving wife of Jim, devoted and doting mother of Michael and Zach. A Jeffersonville native and Jeff High graduate in 1964, she had a unique sense of humor and a kind heart, and always sought to make the world better.
Donations in her memory are directed to Gilda's Club or another worthy charity. Thanks to those involved in her care. Memorial service to be announced.
