Janet Fay Singleton, age 63 of LaVergne, TN passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. She was a native of Louisville, KY and the daughter of the late Bennett Connell and Minnie Irene Purvis Pierce. Graveside service will be 3:00pm Sunday at Mapleview Cemetery in Smyrna, TN.
She is survived by her children, Tammy (Gary) Bowhannon of Hartsville, TN, Tonya (Darrell) Travis and William Singleton, Jr. both of LaVergne; siblings, Opal Mercer, Nancy Jecker, Joyce Duff, Bennett Pierce; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:00am until 6:00pm EST Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY.
