Jane Libby-Joy Secrest

Jane Libby-Joy Secrest, age 6, of Louisville, KY, passed away from CHD (Congenital Heart Disease) on August 16, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. Jane was born on March 26, 2014 in Maoming, China, but the Secrest family will always remember June 5th, 2017 as the day they adopted Jane and she became a part of their forever family.
Jane will be missed by her parents, Larry and Kasie; Siblings, Mackenzie, Isaac, and Olivia; Grandparents, Bob and Cindy Moser and Woody and Barbara Secrest; Great Grandmother, Doris Powers; Her uncle Ben and Charity Secrest, her Aunt Mandy and Uncle Derek Hall; Along with six beloved cousins and many other extended family members. Jane was preceded in death by the following Great Grandparents: Ervin and Betty Moser, Jerry Powers, Cecil and Bertha Secrest, and Roy and Ann Shumaker.
A private Celebration service will be held on Friday, August 21st at Woodland Church. The family does welcome you to join them online as they live stream her Celebration service. Please follow this link at 11:00am on Friday to Watch and Worship with them: Woodland Church Youtube Page
All are welcome to attend the Visitation which will be held from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, August 20th at Woodland Church, 809 N. Pope Lick Rd. in Louisville.
Memorial contributions can be made in several ways to honor her and the organizations that stood by her over the last few years.
