Jane (Ashton) Davis, 93, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017.
Jane was born on December 7, 1923, in Laconia, Indiana. She was the daughter of Sidney Ross and Lillian Ashton. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Alice, Morton and John T. Ashton; and sons, Joseph Wilson and William Ross Davis.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Davis Miller; son, John Kenneth Davis (Susie); daughter-in-law, Nancy F. Davis; and granddaughters, Sydney Ross Davis, Jessica Mahanes, and Dani Davis.
The family would like to thank Baptist Health Floyd and Silvercrest for the excellent care they provided.
Cremation was chosen following Jane's wishes. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
