Jamey R. Worthington, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 13, 2017.
Jamey, born on July 22, 1936 in Birmingham, Alabama, was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lorraine Robinson.
She is survived by her children, Jamey Ann Vaughan (Murry), Mervyn "Bill" Petrey, III (Leesa), John Logan Petrey (Patty), James "Jim" Worthington, Sr. (Annalee); grandchildren, Emily Tripp (Heath), Caldwell Vaughan, Haley Petrey, Caroline Petrey, James Worthington, Jr., Clarissa Worthington; and great-grandchildren, Win, Wells and Sellers Tripp.
A memorial service in Louisville, KY will be held at a later date this summer.
In loving memory of Jamey, memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen Fund.
