James "Danny" Wilson, 49, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Friday evening, May 12, 2017. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed both going camping and playing the drums.
He was born on December 17, 1967, in Long Beach, California, to James and Donna (Peay) Wilson. Along with his parents, Danny is survived by his daughter, Megan Satori (Brenden); siblings, Rhonda Batliner (Steve) and Randy Wilson (Michelle); and grandson, Ash Satori.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 3 PM to 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Wednesday after 9 AM. His Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Greenville Cemetery.
The family requests that contributions in Danny's memory be made to Greenville Christian Church (9610 Clark Street, Greenville, IN 47124) or to the American Cancer Society (1640 Lyndon Farm Court, Suite 104, Louisville, KY 40223).
