James William Truax, Sr, age 75 of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015. Originally from Indianapolis, he was retired from Ford and was a Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Alona Gail Truax; his son, Jimmy Truax; and his daughter, Audra Veronica Truax.
Mr. Truax is survived by his loving children, Jonathan Trent Truax (Jennifer) and Carlton Holt Truax; 7 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; sister, Norma Hensley (Clayton); and brother, Walt Truax (Freda); and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 11am Friday, July 17, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday, July 16th from 2-8pm.
