James Alvin Spence, 73, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. He was born in McComb, Mississippi, on October 24, 1943.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mac and Pauline Spence.
James is survived by his beloved children, Jamie (Robert) McCulloch, James (Tracy) Spence, and Michael (Christy) Spence; sister, Janice Kusnir; grandchildren, Ashley (Daniel) Glover, Devin (Brandon) Hart, Trevor (Katie) Spence, Josh Spence, Alesha McCulloch, Meghan Spence, Ava McCulloch, Adyson McCulloch, and Xavier McCulloch; 2 great-grandchildren; the mother of his children, Linda Spence; and a host of other family members and friends that will dearly miss him.
The family of James Spence will hold a memorial service at a later date. Additional information will follow closer to time of service.
