James "Rusty" Baize, 57, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
Rusty was born in Louisville, Kentucky on August 14, 1960 to the late James Kenneth and Betty Jean Baize.
He was preceded in death by his Father, James Kenneth Baize, Mother, Betty Jean Baize, Brother, Mark Baize.
Rusty is survived by his beloved Life Partner of 22 years Ruby Swenson, sons, Mark Baize, Jack Tiesing, Jr. and Jay Tiesing; six grandchildren; three sisters, Pat (Dan) Morale, Diana (Wayne) Dale and Dena Baize; niece, Betty "GiGi" (John) Arnold; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 4-8 pm at the Funeral Home.
