Elder James Richardson, age 66 years old, left us suddenly on February 6, 2018 at Norton's Hospital, after falling ill in December.
He was born December 28, 1951 in Pensacola, Florida to Mrs. Hattie Marshal Richardson. Most of his childhood was spent in Pensacola where he attended school and graduate from Pensacola High School in 1970. After graduating he enlisted in the United States Arm Forces and later moved to Louisville, Kentucky. James, work in many different fields in the secular and church world, from working in a print shop to opening his house to help others. Elder James Richardson attended Fountain of Life Ministries at 1234 So. Floyd. Lou. KY., and was faithfully committed to the PAW and the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee. He never forgot a face or name and entreated you as if he had always known you. Eld. Richardson loved, people, the church and the people of God. He was always in Church and loved to serve in whatever capacity he could. His main objective was to lead souls to Christ.
James was an only child and was preceded in death by his Mother, Hattie Marshall Richardson, Aunts and Uncles.
Survivors include cousins; Ms. Jackie Shoemaker, Mr. Timothy Shoemaker, Dr. Corinne Conway, James Lamar and many others not names.
Services will be held at Newburg Apostolic Church located at 4817 Indian Trail, Louisville, KY 40218 beginning at 11am. Visitation will be from 9am-11am at the church.
Burial will be at Green Meadows Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Lane, Louisville, KY.
