James "Jamie" Provins,52, passed away on Monday, April, 14, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Geri Provins.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Debra Provins; children, Jessica and Amanda, brother, David Provins; sister, Alice Zimmerman; nephews, Louie, Jon and Joshua and his cat Boo.
Gathering of friends and relatives will be, Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) from 1pm-5pm with a memorial service beginning at 5pm.
In lieu of flowers donations my be made to the family.
