James is survived by his Mother, Frances Perry, Sisters, Rebecca (Ricky) Cook-Riley, Barbara Perry-Jewell, Vickie Osborne, and Brenda Downs (Terry), Brothers, Richard (Donna) Osborne, and David Rainey, He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
