Mr. James Kenneth Lloyd, age 87 passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Baptist Hospital East. He was a retired chemical operations foreman at E.I. DuPont Co., and a charter member of Watkins Memorial United Methodist Church.
Mr. Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, the former Bettye Chapman;sons, John Leslie Lloyd(Brenda) and Dr. Kenneth Michael Lloyd (Sharon); five grandchildren, Jason Lloyd (Regann), Amanda Jane Lloyd, Shawn Phillips (Kathy), Brian Phillips (Jennifer) and Jenny Hunter (Daryl); and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral ceremony will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial in Historic Middletown Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:30 pm Wednesday.
