James Dennis Hazelwood Sr.

James Dennis Hazelwood Sr., 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020. James enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He was born on May 5, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to Kenneth and Rose Hazelwood. He is preceded in death by his Parents.

James is survived by his loving Wife of 49 years, Molly Hazelwood, Sons, Phillip Hazelwood, and James Hazelwood, Jr., Daughter, Brenda Oller, Grandchildren, Tyra Crain, Anastasia Hazelwood, Dakota Ross, Troy Hazelwood, Danny Oller, Jr., Kristina Oller, Christopher Baker Jr., Victoria Hazelwood, Conner Hazelwood, and Jordan Hazelwood, Sisters, Debbie, Brenda "Sissy", and Anita. James also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family, and Friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chape with Military Honors and Burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery.
