James Taylor Fitzgerald

James Taylor "Jim" Fitzgerald, age 73 of Louisville, was called to come and live in eternity with the Lord on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Jim was born in Louisville, KY on October 29, 1945. He was the second son of the late William and Sarah Frances Fitzgerald and brother of Charleston Tyrone Fitzgerald. Jim was a graduate of Central High School, an Army Veteran and a Phillip Morris retiree.

Jim's legacy will be carried forth by his wife of 39 years, Beverly; children, James Taylor Rutledge, Tai Blake Fitzgerald, Ryan O'Neal Brooks and Nicole Michelle Keaton; siblings, Linda Murray, Lolita Lawson Bonds (Andre) and Doniel Fitzgerald, Sarita Fields (Curtis), Clinton (Andrea),Stephan (Monica) and James Bennett; 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be 11am-1pm on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church 2600 Virginia Avenue Louisville, KY 40211, with a home-going celebration of James' life there at 1pm. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
