James "Jim" Wesley Eckenrode, 51, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on November 26, 2016. He was a great cook for Tumbleweed Restaurants for 17 years and also served in the United States Army, where he also was a cook. Jim enjoyed watching all sports, reading comic books, and collecting cards.
Jim was born on December 29, 1964, in Miami, Florida, to George and Sharon (McMillen) Eckenrode. He is survived by his loving parents, George and Sharon (McMillen) Eckenrode; his sister, Grace Mouser (Jim); along with nieces, Tonya and Ashley Mouser; nephews, Richard, Jeremy, Casey, and Quinton Mouser; and 2 great-nephews, Ray and Layton Mouser.
Cremation was chosen and entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
