James Douglas Wisdom, 63, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016. He was born in Liletown , Kentucky on March 21, 1953 to Oleeda Thompson Wisdom and the late Douglas Wisdom. He was an Electrician with Local 369.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a sister, Cheri Lynn Mullins; a grandson, Peyton Neely; and a half-brother, Eric Wisdom.
James is survived by his mother, Oleeda Bolton; children, Dianna (Brett) Kennedy, Jesse Wisdom and Jamie Wisdom; a step-daughter, Brandi Wooldridge; 18 grandchildren; a sister, Connie (Richard) Blasi; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial at 1:30 p.m. EST in Wisdom Family Cemetery in Greensburg, Ky. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
