James David Dennison

James David Dennison, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 7, 2021.

He retired from Beechmont Press. James was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

James was born on July 22, 1945 in Louisville to the late Mary and Christopher Dennison. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Dennison and Anita Ferguson; and brother, Charles Dennison.

James is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara J. (Humphrey) Dennison; sisters, Margaret Sauer and Christine Boling; children, Timothy Dennison, Chris Dennison, Samantha Dennison; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Laker; grandchildren, Christopher Dennison, Elizabeth Dennison, Thomas Dennison, Brianna Dennison, and Julianna Dennison; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Wednesday at 4:00 pm at the funeral home with burial following on Thursday at 10:00 am at Jeffersontown Cemetery.
