James Michel Davis, 39, passed away on September 8, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Barbie Hibbs.
Michel is survived by his son, Tyler Davis and his mother, Beth Douthat, mother, Valerie Kiser; step-father, Kenneth Delcour; sisters, Stephanie Kayrouz, Kelly Sledge; grandmother, Alene Harris and numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions Southwest, 10304 Dixie Highway, from 1pm-7pm with a celebration of Michel's life beginning at 7pm.
"The people that truly loved him, were not exempt from his inner turmoil and struggles but our love for him supersedes the past. We choose to remember all that was good about him and ask that you try to do the same. Let us say goodbye to all that was incomprehensible and now embrace the peace that he has found."
