James Ray Cummings, 75, of Taylorsville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022.
He was born on September 29, 1946 in Millwood, Kentucky to the late James Clester and Aileen (Farris) Cummings.
Jim retired from Ford Motor Company (Kentucky Truck Plant) and was currently a school bus driver for the Spencer County Public Schools. Jim was the jack of all trades and master of none. He loved classic cars, wood working and he and Sharon's favorite pastime was camping.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Sharon Cummings, daughters Tammy Crady and DeeDee Miller, grandchildren Dalton Crady, Cody Crady and Lynnea Miller and one great-granddaughter Natalie Grace Crady. He is also survived by a nephew Matthew Cummings (Laura) and great-nephew Kyle Cummings and great-niece Brookelyn Cummings.
Cremation for Jim was chosen and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
