James Edward "Jim" Beam, Sr., age 70, passed away Friday, November 18, 2016. Jim graduated from Flaget High School, was a bowler and was an avid UofL Fan. He retired from Jim Beam and Associates. He was preceded in death by first wife, Earleen Roser Beam; and his parents, Joseph and Susie C. Beam; and his brother-in-law, Charles Harley.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Beverly; children, Suzanne Eifler (Stewart) and James Beam, Jr.; siblings, Bernie Beam (Wanda), Linda McConnell (Lonnie) and Mary Sue Harley; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 2-4pm Sunday, November 27, 2016 with a memorial celebration of Jim's life to follow at 4pm, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown.
Memorials may be made to the family.
