James Allan Jones, 66, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 18, 2013. He retired from the Marine Corps after serving in Vietnam.
Allan was born December 11, 1947, in Louisville to the late Ernest and Elizabeth (Dobson) Magers. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Steve Magers.
He is survived by his children, Allan Jones (Stacy) and Carissa R. Jones; and brothers; Robby, Ronnie, Paul, and Ernest G. Magers Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00pm Friday, December 20, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy), with visitation from 4:00pm until time of service.
