Jacqulin Maria Dever, née Dambros, passed away on September 30, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on March 19, 1973, in Louisville, Kentucky, and will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and the loving center of her family.
Jacqulin was a graduate of Moore High School, Class of 1991. She dedicated her life to being a stay-at-home mother and wife, embracing that role with deep love and purpose. Her family was the heart of her world, and she took great pride in caring for those she loved most.
She will be remembered for her bubbly, kind, and caring spirit. Jacqulin never knew a stranger, and her warm personality made others feel welcome and at ease. She was funny, family-oriented, and deeply devoted to the people she loved. Whether she was fishing, working in her flower garden, preparing good food, or enjoying family time, she brought joy and warmth to everyday life. Some of her happiest moments were spent playing with her grandchildren, a role she cherished deeply as “Gigi.”
Among Jacqulin’s proudest accomplishments were her family, being a mother to Austin, and being a grandmother. These were the roles she treasured most, and they reflected the love and dedication that defined her life.
She is survived by her husband, William Dever, her husband of 30 years; her son, Austin Dever, and Austin’s fiancée, Serenity; and her beloved grandchildren, Aria Dever and River Dever. She leaves behind a family who will carry her love, laughter, and example with them always.
Jacqulin was preceded in death by her father and mother, Jack and Peggy Dambros, and by her uncle and aunt, Doug and Patty Wilson.
Those who knew Jacqulin will remember a woman whose love for her family was constant and unmistakable. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and togetherness, and her memory will remain a blessing to all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
