She was born on July 21, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky to Jack and Mary (Holsclaw) Purvis. She is preceded in death by her Husband, John Calvin Mitchell, Parents, Daughter, Florence Helen Sanders, Son, Guy Calvin Mitchell, Brothers, Melvin Purvis, and Melton Purvis.
Jackie is survived by her Daughter, Mary Rose Kundert, Son, Glenn Allen Mitchell, Daughter, Melissa Kay Hadley-Phichich, Sisters, Glenda (Donald G) Sharp, and Danelle (Danny) Garner. Jackie also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.
