Jacqueline Marie Phieler

Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Phieler, 59, of Lanesville, Indiana, passed away on March 13, 2016. She was born on December 17, 1956, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Edmund and Elsie(Meyer) Phieler. Jackie worked as a nurse at Norton Healthcare for many years and was a caring, compassionate nurse. She was a member at St. Mary Catholic Church in Lanesville, Indiana. Jackie was a talented crafter, and enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog, Whitney.

Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Edmund Phieler, brother, Gary Phieler. She is survived by her loving mother, Elsie (Meyer) Phieler, siblings; Betty Conklin (Mike), David Phieler (Karen), Michael Phieler, Glenn Phieler (Kim), Kevin Phieler (Liz), Kathleen (Ken), along with nieces and nephews; Kyle, Jessica, Eric, Kaci, Bailee, Kaitlyn, Emily, Bella, and Ivan.

There will be a visitation held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, from 3:00 to 8:00pm and on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 9-10am at Newcomer Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St. Mary Catholic Church (2500 St. Mary Drive NE, Lanesville, IN 47136 at 11:00am with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
