Jacob Arthur Lozier, 30, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2013.
Jacob was born on March 16, 1983 in New Albany, Indiana to Mark Lozier and Whitney Harper-Dey. He is also survived by his brother, Joshua Lozier; grandmother, Nancy Lozier; Niece, Lillian Lozier, three uncles and several cousins.
Jacob is preceded in death by his grandparents, Cecil Lozier and Vera Harper.
Visitation will be from 1 PM to 3 PM on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
