Jackie Lee Ooten, 58, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Jackie also liked working on his car and doing puzzle books.
He was born on September 9, 1963, in Seymour, Indiana. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Olene (Wray) Ooten. He is survived by his sister, Betty Hughes (Leroy); as well as many cousins and extended family members.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a graveside service to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery in Sellersburg, Indiana.
Contributions in Jackie's memory may be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children (520 W. Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY 40202).
