He was born on May 25, 1955 in Cambridge, England, to the late Jack and Constance (Hettinger) Hankins.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Lisa (Amburgey) Hankins.
He will be laid to rest at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, Kentucky.
