Jackie Andrew Cook, Sr., 55, of La Grange, Kentucky passed away on September 21, 2017.
He was born on March 20, 1962 in Nuremberg, Germany to the late William and Myrna Cook. He was also preceded in death by his sister Debbie Cook.
Jackie is survived by his sons; Jackie Cook, Jr., Luis Padilla and David Cook, daughters, Jacqueline Cook and Jessica Camilo. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Colby, Alley, Colton, Alaysia and Airianna as well as four brothers and four sisters.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until1:00 pm on Friday, October 6, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in the name of Jackie Cook, Jr.
