Jack William Wies 76, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on January 12, 1941.
He was preceded in death by his son, Reuben Wies; parents,John and Juanita Wies; and his father-in-law Owen K. Jones Sr.
Jack is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Rebecca Sue Wies; his children, Robert " Bobby" (Diane) Wies, Shawn (Wendy) Wies, Robin (Jeff) Hansen, Jeff (Briana) Wies, Matthew Wies; sister, Clara Swygart; brother, Robert Hemminger; 7 grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends who will a greatly miss him.
A celebration of Jack's life will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, with visitation from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm also at the funeral home, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
