Jack H. Norton, 75, of Memphis, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. He was a United States Army veteran and the former owner of Norton & Associates Plumbing. Jack was an avid fisherman and always enjoyed going out with his buddies. He loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

He was born on July 31, 1946, in Shelbyville, Kentucky, to Ansel and Millie (Carpenter) Norton. Jack is survived by his wife, Rhonda Norton; children, Jody, Jack, Brandy, and Amy Norton; stepson, Michael Reed; grandchildren, Caden and Gabrielle Reed, Raven, Chloe, and Josephine Norton, and Aiden and Anthony Farrell; and friends, Steven and Robin Morton and Jason and Nicole Warren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with military honors, and his funeral service taking place at 2:00 p.m. Cremation will follow according to Jack's wishes, and he will be laid to rest privately at New Albany National Cemetery.
