Inez (Curl) Haskins

Inez (Curl) Haskins, 96, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at her home surrounded by family. She was a member of Advent Christian Church in New Albany.

She was born on Janurary 2, 1922, in Doolittle Mills, Indiana, to the late Edward "Doc" and Florence (Speedy) Curl. Inez was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard "Sid" Haskins; as well as three brothers and one sister.

Inez is survived by her children, Mary Ann Maple (Taz), Rick Haskins (Laura), William Haskins, Steve Haskins (Marietsa), and Deanna Haskins; siblings, Loma Morgan (Bill), Ray Curl (Magdaline), and Rosie Sprinkle; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday in the chapel at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
