Imogene Carrol Schmidlkofer, 69, passed away on April 19, 2018. Spending time with her family meant the world to her. Carrol enjoyed being outside, fishing and was a UK fan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Schmidlkofer; parents, James and Kathleen Robey; brother, Stuart Robey; grandmother, Eddie Mae (Mammy) Drake and nephew, Bobby Smiley.
Carrol is survived by her son, Rodney (Mistia) Wheeler; grandson, Daniel Wheeler; brother, Jimmy (Calista) Robey; sister, Kathy (Ronald) Blanton; step-mother, Joyce Robey; sister-in-law, Becky Robey and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 3pm-8pm. A celebration of Carrol's life will be Wednesday, April 25, 2018, beginning at 12pm at the chapel of the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens - West, 4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216.
