Howard E. "Johnny/Foots" Fields, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 at 69 years of age. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard J. and Rubye P. Fields; brother, Donalld K. Fields.
Howard is survived by his siblings, Georgel Fields, Gehrig L. Fields, Sr. (Theresa), Marjorie Fields, Nancy French (Joe), Anita Smith (Mark) and Alesia Fields. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 11am – 8pm Thursday, January 2, 2013 with a prayer service to be held at 5pm, all at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
